Amisa Organic Spelt Crunchy Flakes are made from fibre-rich spelt to keep you feeling full longer. These lightly toasted flakes, drizzled in honey and barley malt are simply made from Spelt, one of the oldest cultivated grains & an ancient cousin of wheat. Spelt is not gluten free but can be tolerated by some people with wheat allergies.
