Middle Eastern Flatbread Mix with Gluten Free Self-Raising Flour

This product is fun to make as you will have to get in, and do some kneading. This mix will make 6-8 soft flatbreads which are cooked in a very hot frying pan. Free & Easy have left these plain but you can add flavours to them, like garlic and herb and drizzle with butter best eaten striaght out the pan with your favourite curry, tagine, soup, salad, homemade dips. These flatbreads are soft and light in the middle with a sligthly crunchy outside.
