Organic Bran Flakes

These organic bran flakes can be eaten on their own or you can mix them up with your favourite nuts, fruits and seeds for a nutritious breakfast or snack. They are only lightly sweetened with a little malt. The bran flakes can also be crushed up with milk to make a more porridge like consistency or used crushed to add extra fibre to cooking and baking.
