Pine Nuts

About this product

Crazy Jack Organic Pine Nuts are the perfect addition to stuffings, salads, mezze and lamb dishes. These pine nuts are harvested from the native Chinese stone pine tree, which is known for producing pine nuts with a naturally rich flavour and aroma. Pine Nuts have been consumed by Asian and European civilisations for millions of years. They are a good source of dietary fibre, thiamine (vitamin B1) and protein too!
